The legislation of the Republic of Latvia requires the owner of an Internet shop to clarify the rules for the supply and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (BOM rules).

The buyer is a natural or legal person who shops on the www.talkaboutchange.org home page.


The seller of the goods offered in this Internet shop on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as Salesperson, and the person carrying out the order, hereinafter called “Buyer”, on the other hand, shall enter into the following Agreement: The seller undertakes to sell and supply to the Buyer the goods, according to the Order of the Buyer.


The purchaser shall order the goods through this homepage, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The customer has the option to pay for the item using the payment tools embedded in the Internet Store, or when the Salesperson is prepared, and sends an invoice for the order to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice shall be prepared electronically and shall be valid without signature.

1. Step – Choose an item.

When you do this, press Add to the Basket, which will automatically add it to your shopping basket.

Step 2– Design the order.

Go to the “basket” section, carefully read all the information about the item you

choose and fill in the required fields, and review the items you have selected and

their quantity.

Step 3 – Continue to pay

Press Continue to design the purchase. The Checkout window will open, in which you must enter the necessary data so that you can contact you in connection

with the purchase, issue an invoice that supports the purchase (if necessary). If 

you are satisfied with the order you have made, choose one of the methods to

pay your purchase and press to order.

Customers are provided with free supply, regardless of the country in which the customer is located.

The goods can be obtained in the following ways:

  • International transport via AS Latvijas Pasts

Standard delivery within the borders of Latvia shall be carried out within 2-4 days from the time of payment.

International supplies depend on the speed of delivery of the AS Latvijas Pasta service.

The settlement currency on the www.talkaboutchange.org website is EUR (EUR).

For your convenience, we offer to pay with a bank card or bank transfer. By selecting this pay type, you can pay your order straight away and receive the item in a contactless way. Payment with a bank card is only possible if the bank that issued the card to you is participating in the Internet Secure Shopping Program (MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa). After entering the bank card data, you may be sent to your bank page for entering the security code needed to verify your personal data. If the payment is not approved, please contact your bank, which has issued you a payment card, or choose a different form of payment.

If the Buyer has a discount coupon with a code, the Buyer can add a discount coupon code to the purchase by entering it in a special input field under the name “Coupon.” When you enter the code, you must press the “Use Coupon” button. The system will automatically recalculate the price with the added discount. The coupon code may not work if the item has already been set up

for any of the discount options, for example, it is already a special price item in the share. Coupon codes are loyalty policy bonuses that each Buyer or Buyer group can receive individually from Salesperson. In some cases, with a view to promoting sales, discount coupon codes may also be published on social communications sites or in another public room. The discount coupon, if available, is sent to the buyer in e-mail or transferred in a different format, according to the contacts and/or current shares of Ieva Zaumane Systemic Change Ltd.

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that “the consumer shall be responsible for the preservation of the quality and safety of the product during the term of exercise of the right of withdrawal”. The seller reserves the right of the purchaser to refuse to exercise his right of withdrawal or to withhold a refund fee in case the goods are damaged by careless treatment of the goods during use or without complying with instructions if the original packaging of the goods is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged or, in the case of food goods, open packaging.

To reverse the purchase and obtain an approval to cancel, you must write to

When entering the necessary information when drawing up an order, the Buyer shall certify that he has met and agrees that the data provided by him is used to enable the Salesperson to accept the Purchaser’s order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the legislative requirements of the LR. When entering the information, the Buyer agrees that it will send notices related to the handling of the Buyer Order to the specified e- mail. The seller is aware of and will respect all security measures related to the transfer of card data and the buyer card data will not be stored.
